There are rhinestones embedded in the polymer clay stamens.

DIGGThis is a wet-felted flower lariat necklace created with wool and silk roving and warm soapy water. It is embellished with embroidered sequins and beads. The center stamen is made from polymer clay and rhinestones. I made this during a felt workshop with Gail Crossman Moore.
This flower lariat deserves recognition because it is very versatile. It may be worn as a necklace to create a bold statement, or used to decorate the table.
