Pauleena' Gallery
comments (1) September 14th, 2008 in galleryI have taken wired ribbon and pleated it. Once it is tight enoough, I press, remove the wire, and hand sew it to the center pod which is silk that I have painted and stuffed with a piece of cotton ball. This ball is also tied with rayon floss. Then I have created leaves. In this application, I have taken the flower and attached it to a hair clip to be used as a hair ornament. I have also attached it to be used as a pin, or to bags, bracelet, neck chokers. It is very versatile in the field of fashion.
