If you're looking for some fun, kid-friendly craft ideas, the Kids' Crafternoon (Hardie Grant, 2012) four-book series has what you need. And we're giving away one copy of each book! The book series includes: Kids' Crafternoon Felting, Kids' Crafternoon Beading, Kids' Crafternoon Papercraft, and Kids' Crafternoon Sewing. All of the Kids' Crafternoon books feature 25 projects for children ages 7-12 with clear step-by-step instructions and include re-usable patterns neatly stored away in an inside pocket.

She has already grabbed some cans out of the recycling bin and painted them and glued things to them. She is always trying to knit and crochet, but her little fingers can't get the hang of that yet. I became a grand aunt before Christmas; so the crafting will go on and on. I do crafts with my local grands and greats. I always plan and take craft materials to do with my grands and greats when we travel to see them. Crafting all the time with kids, kids, kids, and can use ideas weekly. Craft time with kids is time to be together; time to talk; and time for fun!
