I decided to make a decorative pennant banner for my daughter's small bedroom over the holidays. She's been toying with the idea of a vintage style for awhile, so I thought I might help give her the inspiration she needed. I had some leftover decorative papers with a vintage-victorian feel, so I just went with it. :)
