I made this quilted table runner as a Christmas gift for my mom. I enjoyed the contrast of red and beige, and how festive they looked together. This was a very good practice for a rookie quilter like me - my first time sewing triangles! I made a whole bunch of triangle squares, and played with them to create the pattern. It came out fabulous, and my mom really liked it. Mission accomplished! Also, I really like how the quilt spells out XOXOXO :-)
