I have used this idea before when, no matter what I was doing, I didn't feel like I was accomplishing anything. So I started to write down all of the things I HAD done, and felt better instantly!

I use this method too. I was asked by someone to make a name badge necklace in purple and blue, so started separating my beads by color so I knew what I have!
