Birch Bark Wreath
I use birch bark strips in my baskets now and then and never throw the scraps away. This wreath is made of those scraps all bundled up and wired to a wreath form. It's rustic but I love anything made...
Twigs and Turquoise
You know those things you save and save, like a roll of turquoise cotton tape. Made the twig frame months ago and the two finally met in this comfy little footstool today.
Itty Bitty Baskets
Some pincushions. I like to use my bits and pieces left over from bigger basket projects and these are so satisfying with their cute little cotton prints. All of the great button projects inspired...
I remember summer!
A few basket weaving projects inspired by the fresh greens of summer. That would be last summer here on the east coast of Canada! The only sign of spring so far are pussy willows breaking bud.

Re: Reconstructed Costco Tee Shirt
Absolutely lovely! Pocket is a great idea. I've never painted fabric before but this idea is inspiring.

Bags are gorgeous and really love the flowers! They are so delicate looking for wool. Really great.

Glad you both liked the little stool and have been inspired to make one! The only thing you can't see from the pics is the insert. A one inch thick piece of foam or upholstery wadding between the top and bottom layer of weaving provides support and makes it more comfortable. Have fun!

These are really lovely. What a great way to justify saving every little bit of those favorite fabrics too!

This is such an inviting looking neckwarmer. Love the color and texture of the cables and leaves, reminds me of those mossy little carpets in the woods where no one has walked.
