I used to be known as the Quilt Lady; because I was always making baby quilt, and full size quilts. Sadly though, I lost all my sewing room equipment several years ago, then I got ill, with a variety of illnesses and nearly died from Hemolytic Anemia, which I still have and am only alive today because of a wonderful doctor who recognised my illness (which is treatable, but not curable). So, I having to take things easy now, and would love to be able to get back into my persona of Quilt Lady again. Thats why Im entering this contest; in the hopes I just might win and be able to again make beautiful quilts and sell them locally.

Re: How to Make a Flirty Flapper T-Shirt

This looks great. I might try it. But what I'm really hoping to find is a way to "adapt" the neckline of a Tee. I recently had throat surgery, and I just can't stand to wear regular neckline anythings! Just before the surgery, I had gotten 3 new Tees, and just can't wear them now. Is there an easy way to alter the neckline of these Tees? The neckline here looks about right for me; but the problem is I don't have any other Tees in similar/complementary colours. I'm hoping one of the let's do-it specialists here can help me with this project. Thanks ever so much.
