I think this would also be a good use of some reclaimed yarn from thrift store finds. I might go back and pick up a couple of the cotton or linen sweaters that I passed up because of the finer yarn.

Great idea! Thanks for sharing. It seems that I can never find the right cinch belt when I want it & now I can make my own. I also have some large buttons that I bought on a whim (because they were on clearance) that would be great on a belt like this. :)

What a great idea! Now I can make some hats with the wool that itches my face too! I have a 1/2 yard fleece remnant that I was going to use for a dog coat but now it's for me! Thanks!

Thanks! I bought one at an outlet store and still paid $15 for it. I'd love to have at least one or 2 more and now I can make some with some older towels I have here at home! I use it at the gym because the towels there are too small to wrap around me. LOL It'll be years before I get that small again. :)
