I,m married to a great guy. I have a son and a daughter who have blessed me with 4 wonderful grandchildren. I'm disabled and don't get out much so this is a great treat for me to get ideas and thoughts from other crafty people. I'm not to computer savy yet but my husband thouhgt this would be a good way to talk with others. I love all kids of crafts. I crochet, knit, needlepoint, sew you name it. I love to read craft books. I would love to have an embroidery machine but for now my little basic is fine. I take discarded stuffed animals and clean them up for the kids on at the hospital when I go they love it. I first got the idea to knit and crochet little hats for the little ones on the cancer ward when I was in the hospital and saw a little fellow who was very aware of his bald little head. God has blessed me with 3 healthy grandsons and a beautiful little granddaughter so my free time is used in trying to help these little ones. So this almost 53 year old mema is very happy to be part of this group.
