Instead of going to summer camp like most kids I went to sewing camp in the 8th grade. I've been sewing on and off ever since. In 2008 my New Year's Resolution was to get back to sewing and I discovered the wonderful world of handbags and am now addicted. Recently I started dabbling in polymer clay to make my own custom buttons and zipper pulls for my creations.

I made this bag to sell on Etsy.  I love the little details I added to it like the custom zipper pulls and applique.

I needed a small bag to take with me to the store or on outings like the park. I made this in under 3 hours. The embroidery took the longest.
