Happiknits

Seven years ago I decided I wanted to learn how to knit. I had a great amount of stress in my life and wanted to start a new hobby. Six lessons and one ugly sweater later, I had a new passion. My teacher retired, so armed with 2 sticks and lots of creativity I set out to learn more about knitting. Self taught, I am always trying to teach myself new techniques. In October of 2007 after stumbling accross Etsy 6 months earlier, I opened my Etsy shop Happiknits. I love the Etsy community and the support the community gives. I am inspired by all of the talent!!!
By day a pharmacist, married to a wonderful man with 3 fur babies. I have collected vintage buttons for 25 years now, and I love vintage goodies (lace,fabric,etc) I use them in my work~~Oh, and did I mention I am addicted to fiber?
