My grandmother used onion skins to make dye for Easter eggs by bringing them to a boil and then letting them sit in the water about an hour. The eggs turned out a beautiful shade of yellow. But I had never thought about using them in the way you did. Your creations are beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing. God Bless and Happy Valentine's Day.
