Re: What's your favorite summer sewing project?

My 13 year old daughter and I made her a book bag for school this year out of 2 pair of jeans. We ironed-on peace symbols and flocked letters. It looks fantastic. I rarely sew in the summer - fall is my time - once the kids go back but this was a favorite project. She can't wait to take it to school.
