I am an artist, I love to make mosaics, scrapbook, make my own cards and draw pictures, I also dabble in other things such as crocheting. My whole family is crafty and this is my love of life. If I couldnt craft, I just couldnt get through the day! I am at the moment creating my home. And am looking forward to designing and decorating it!
Oh, I love it, really pretty! I heard you can use onion skins to dye cloth, by simmering them I think (alot of them) then soaking, Okay, back to your project, it looks really beautiful, rich in color, but don't you decopage them or something to keep them from crubleing off or something? Thanks, you've given me a new project for the next few days, but I'll have to go to the store for the red ones, they are so pretty!!! Louella
Its beautiful isn't it! I have also heard of boiling onion skins, (you'll need to save because it takes a lot) and then dying fabric with it! Thanks, I'm going to try this, and look around you! Think of other things that are in your home that you could also work with! Louella
Are those magazine pages that are rolled tightly and then covered with acrylic spray?? Thats what it looks like to me, would like to know also! Very pretty frames, good work! Louella
I hadn't thought of that! You could use a pretty bandanna and the giftwrap would be a gift also! Or a pretty hankerchief, anything along those lines. How about using hair bows for your bows! Another gift!
I love this type of mosaics! Looks like you really put some good work in on them! I am a mosaic artist myself, and I have often wondered about using polymer clay, but haven't done it yet, these I think are just great! Thanks for sharing them with us! I think you have inspiried me to try one myself! Louella
I can't wait to try making these this afternoon, and yes please show more, I know my mother is going to love making them too, I'll take her a Boquet to show her what I can do! Thanks! Louella
