I have a passion for creating anything with some fabric, a sewing machine, and a knowledge that my grandmother's gave me their gift! One always had at least two quilts going at one time and the other helped me make doll clothes from the chicken feed sacks that came in really neat patterns! I think of them so often, especially when I am sitting out on my deck with some hand-sewing and a glass of iced tea! Hopefully, I can pass this passion down to my sweet granddaughter, Madison, who is 8 and already has her own sewing machine!!
