I remember this from third grade. They taught it to us as a class project. I've always loved it though. Very easy to do and relaxing. I actually have an idea for a big project like this of making a blanket by using the same technique only securing the strings to nails or thumbtacks on the wall. I have a large blank wall that could use some purpose. Good article though.
