Persus

Since I have a store full of handmade items, I usually find some way to create something (sometimes VERY unusual) out of disasters. It's surprising what you can turn into purses, totes, even hats! When they are offbeat, they seem to sell even quicker than everyday items.
Never give up on a project -- just turn it into something else!!

I've used ribbon embellishments for years, with some really beautiful results, and different color combinations, so I would encourage others to try embellishing, but this one is NOT pretty. The color combination is usable, but the styling is awful!

Haven't tried it yet, but seems like it would be great to use for a VBS craft! (We'll have to cut the pieces for the kids, of course). Will try it, and also try to spray it with a sealant. Here's something the parents will be proud to display in their homes!
