I see what happened you put a clear piece of glass on top of the frit that created to much weight (even though it was a small piece of clear). The different size of frit created air pockets. You could have made the heart with out the clear top. The first time is always a learning process. If you have any questions about fusing please Email me any time. E6000 mixed with frit is no good. Elmers Jel glue and Glastac fusing glue are better to use. Mix it with the frit.
