I have sewn since I was very young but really started when I inhereted my grand mothers sewing machine. I lived in the nursing dorm and had to keep my grades up to keep the machine.
Being a military wife and we moved everywhere, so I always had a project going and one in progress to take on the road.
The pink blouse is hand smocked which is one of my favorite things to do.
