Ive been sewing forever! Quilting is my main crafty hobby (and one of my jobs) these days, but I also have a lifelong passion for fabric, textiles, papercrafts, jewelry and the many supplies and tools that can be used in all of these types of handwork. I come from a long line of handworkers on my Moms side, and Peddlers on my Dads side, so it seems Im always selling (and giving away) a lot more than what I make and keep. I started out at about age 5 going door to door (yep, it was safe back then) selling potholders I wove on a small loom. I love making quilts for charity too, especially kids in need. I am one of those people who has a difficult time trying to pick out a gift at a store, but as soon as I decide to make something handmade, suddenly I seem to know just what theyd like. Most of the time, anyway!
