I have been creating for 47 yrs. I also like to paint and sculpt stone. I got more interested in crafts as a teenager since we had little money. I especially like to decorate my clothes. When I learned to sew a new world opened up. I have 4 children and 6 grands. When they were small I would try out crafts with them and then do it with their classes. I knew craft for less how else would you create looms to weave with from scraps. I always go to craft shows to see what everyone else is doing. I tried to impress on my children that if the gift is made be hand for you it makes special because it is filled with love.
