Love the idea...but not for sandwiches. I'm looking for ways to replace all those bags in my freezer. This will need some thought. Would Mylar (chip) bags work for the inside layer? This would be Food Safe...but not washable...maybe removable. I'm going to look for your book ... maybe just the ticket.
