For a pattern of the British Union Jack Flag look at www.free-quilt-patterns.net by Four Twin Sisters their pattern is small but you could enlarge the pieces. If you want to know the correct colors to use go to www.pantone.com
the proper colors for the Union Jack are Blue 280c, red 186c and white of course. Hope this helps.
