Re: How to Make a Wreath Using Plastic Bags

When I was a kid, we made one similar to this out of newspaper. Cut the newspaper strips with more or less oval leaf-shapes at either end, then twisted the paper strips around the hangar until it was full. Then use green spray paint to cover the newsprint, let dry, then add a red bow. They always turned out really nice, too.
