I am going back to the simple life. I live in the country with a beautiful river just out the back and through the woods. My constant companion is my Border Collie, Silkie Carin, all of my other dogs had middle names as well as my 6 Children. My children are from another time, I am a Survior of Domestic Violence, and they prefer their Dad. That is fine with me. I go by Cheryl Virginia and the rest of my maiden name.
I am a reader but not from the best seller list. My treat is to dive into the fiction `pool` and just grab at random until I have 13 to 17 books. I have no idea, until I get home, what the books are; and I have found some awesome authors. They can write for real fiction. And no, I do not read all the books but a treat for me.
I am an online college student half way to my B. A. in Crimiology. I am sitting out this summer another treat for Silkie and me.
I have yarn in baskets in 3 rooms and projects on needles and in my mind or on graph paper. Yes, Cheryl, you will find a need for Algebra, prime and not prime numbers and PI. Well, alrighty, I found the need.
I am a handspinner and have taught many to spin. Out of my studio went huge amounts of custom orders, and I met great people. The studio was back in another time, also. I was a wool grader and that was great, too. Much like forensic work.
Lots of interests, history, geneology, old cemeteries, and there are those times I break loose and run with the Hounds of Hell. I am good at that also; I choose to Live. Wrap!

Re: Conquer Your Unfinished Projects

I am having that very problem right now with a sock yarn, and I cannot move on to any other project until the yarn co-operates. I am haunted by this mess. Oh, well.
