Mine used to be Christmas, because we exchanged gifts we made ourselves at our large gathering, aptly named, "White Christmas" (We are the White family and descendants).

Now my favorite is Halloween, because it is just for fun. A tip; a 4'X 80' roll of black landscape fabric can create great table covers, drape any pile of stuff - pull apart some fluff to make spider webs to hang on it. Make bats to hang outside or in. I sewed three strips of it together, to make a 12'16" drape over a large piece of furniture (sews like any fabric). It can also be used for costumes, and can later go outside to serve it's original purpose. HAVE FUN!!!!
