Having gone through four hurricanes in three years you really start to question where all of our trash will be
going in years to come. You also question where has all the debris gone??? I will not be purchasing another freezer I have thrown out the equivalent of four freezers full of food. I will dehydrate and can as much as possible.
I am turning old sheets into shopping bags and trash can liners for non-wet items. I am using more kitchen towels in place of paper toweling. Everytime I want to buy something I stop and think, "Is there something at my house I can adapt instead of buying this new item." The sandwich wrapper is a wonderful idea. Buy 100% cotton or muslim.
