I am now retired from teaching, and 2012 is my "year to do some 'fun' sewing" for myself and gifts. This book would be the perfect resource for ideas.

Re: Which holiday do you like to sew for and why?

I love to sew for Christmas. My grandchildren are getting older, so this year I gave them a list of ideas to choose from. Two grandchildren have requested fleece robes, and two have requested fleece blankets. I bought the fabric last week, and this week I'm getting ready to sew.
