Just *looking* at Kaffe's incredible designs and use of color is guaranteed to cheer me up on the grayest of days! (And I've been slowly collecting a stash of fabric inspired by the last book of his that came into my possession.)

I've pulled a lot of darker toned knits out of my stash to do some transitional pieces -- hoping to be able to wear them until the snow flies -- and I've got my eye on some of the stash corduroy as well. (Nothing says fall to me like corduroy!)

Wow, I would love that book. I did furoshiki for holiday gifts a couple of years ago. It was a big hit, and I ended up getting some of the fabric back for my stash -- like a gift back to me!
