Ive lived in Ct. all my life. My Mother and Grandmother were both self taught artists and my Father is a musician so I guess the creative gene was passed along to me. Im a self taught jeweler though Ive learned various fabricating and casting technics from some willing and generous people along the way.
Im happily married, 11 years today as a matter of fact! My husband and I have two wonderful dogs and a flock of egg laying hens all of whom have names and most of whom Ive hatched in my little incubator. I believe in and practice supporting local businesses and farms. Because I sell my jewelry at various farm markets I often barter jewelry for huge amounts of produce which I can. During the winter we eat my canned goodies while I make more jewelry! Goose On The Loose Jewelry is my full time career which is something Ill never take for granted. I love what I do and I love the jewelry I make, it comes from my heart!
