Playing with negative and positive stamps using the same color ink.  I love the effect it gives.  The accent of green is so wonderful with the black and white as well.

Re: Hemidemisemiquaver Design

Yes, the eggs ARE duck eggs. They are SO wonderful to work with because they are larger and so incredibly strong. In this particular post, the flowers are dry. I wanted to actually use wheat grass in the shells, but my assignment for this project was due to quickly for it to grow! My first choice would have been wheat grass though.

Re: Book Giveaway: Eco Craft: Recycle Recraft Restyle

This would be quite the book to learn from! I have loved seeing everyone's ideas on recycling! I am sure this book would have many more ways to craft green!

Re: Ouef Couture (Part II): Still Dressin' Eggs...

YES! These colors are FANTASTIC! I may play along some more and make something this week. Perhaps with the buttons still in focus as well. The modern Faberge one? WHAT? Freakin' brilliant.

Re: Crafting Editorial Props: A Case Study

This advice is excellent (as well as the project itself.) It is of extreme importance if you are self-employed to never under value what you do. As an opera singer and professional paper crafter myself, I have learned that just because you are doing what you love and think is meaningful and quite frankly fun, doesn't mean you should in any way be underpayed for what you do. Just because something you enjoy happens to be your gift and passion certainly doesn't mean you should be taken advantage of financially. It is also important though to strike the right balance with a new potential employer as well. Perfect advice. I live by exactly what you wrote about. Thanks for taking the time to share.
