I am living a most remarkable life! Lucky enough to mix and match my technical and artistic abilities with free abandon, over the years I've been a wardrobe mistress on a few feature films, set decorator on a couple more, and editor on several commercials. For the past 8 years I've been working on multi-media website materials for a large software company.

For me macramé is a synthesis of textiles and jewelry. But I have to admit, macramé isn't my only passion - I've had a long love affair with textile manipulation and other artforms, from marbling to mediaeval illumination to watercolor to glassblowing.

Nowadays, in addition to exploring micro-macramé, I keep busy designing costumes for local theatre companies and experimenting with calligraphy.
