I've been crafting since I was in elementary school. My grandmother did beautiful work in crochet and was my inspiration. My mother crochets, knits, and is awesome with a sewing machine. I enjoy crochet and my attempts at beginner knitting. I also like papercraft, machine embroidery, smocking, and the occasional jewelery making. I really need to limit myself! So many crafts, so little time!

I can't wait to get to the Salvation Army and start shopping! This sounds like fun and much cheaper than buying new. I really like the idea of recycling too.

My sewing room is the size of a small walk-in closet. It is crowded with all of my crafting supplies so it is practically impossible to get in to do any actual work. It would truly be a dream come true to have anything similar to my "dream" sewing room.
