Marbel and Shell Flower Power

I started with a paper mache 3x3 octagonal box, and painted it white. When that was dry I used a feather to give it the marble effect. Then placed shells to form a flower on the lid.

I had no plan, just started puting the shells together one by one and this is the final result! It is in a 7x7 shadowbox frame.
