Work in a medical office by day and a quilter by night. Empty nester who now gets to have a whole spare room devoted to quilting. Love other crafts too, but only have so much time. Make quilts for family and also quilts for commission by friends. Hoping to expand it to a full time pursuit someday.
Also hooked on blogs though have yet to start my own.
Look forward to exploring this great website.

It would be great to get more instruction on making my own clothes, as the styles in stores are not even close to what I like to wear. Wish the fashion industry would get back to some clothes that actually fit well and look great on the female body. Maybe if I made my own I could finally feel great again in my clothes.
