i'm interested in making art and good looking utilitarian things out of 2nd hand materials. iv'e been collecting stuff (bits of wood; frames; wool and fabrics etc) off the street and from charity stores for 20 years. a few years ago i started a project called 'goes around comes around' where i basically have to only use the stuff i've got (or my mum's stuff). i still haven't run out -and i've only broken my rule a few times!
(i try to limit my expeditions to reverse garbage -an excellent reuse centre that's down the road from my house and also very cheap)
(i also live this country lifestyle in a very small inner city semi with my partner and 3 kids)
i love to potter around.
