Crafting is the only time I can find my sanity!
I love to sew, knit, crochet and do needlework.
I grew up in Canada, moving to the States in 1964. My mother, and her mother before her were knitters, and so I became a knitter at a young age. The european style of my mother's was too difficult for me, so my father taught me to knit, the way his mother had taught him! Needlework followed, then I took a sewing class in High School. I was hooked; however, of all the crafts I enjoy, this one is the most frustrating! I taught myself to crochet and enjoy this the most.
I use my computer in almost every crafting I do, and the world is my oyster, uh,uh crafting kingdom!
