My job description is designer, but I work as a design strategist more now. In other word, I might be the only one in the office who doesn't know how to draw.

Actually I don't have any design background. My major was French and English. I got into this company because they did not require any design formation for a post as colorist. They gave a test to all candidates and picked up the best 2. I was one of the 2.
