I am a WAHM with a husband of 25 years and 4 kids. Upon her arrival into this world, my daughter inspired me to start crocheting and sewing again after many years of being an occasional crafter.

My 17 year long career in engineering has definitely influenced my 2nd career. Although everything I sell is hand-made by me, I do design with a manufacturing mindset. Attention to quality control and detail is paramount. The addition of love and care is something that is found here but perhaps not in a "real" manufacturing facility.

Over these last 5 years, my little home business has grown quite a bit. I love making stylish, yet fun and practical, special occasion outfits--I can just imagine all the fun the little one is having while wearing her custom made outfit from me.

A little over a year ago, I started writing crochet patterns and selling them as ebooks. Much to my surprise, they have been a success! I know I am a bit slow in releasing new ones. I do apologize. It is a tedious process. Generally, after I design something new, I make it again, taking notes. Once I write the pattern, I make it again, incorporating corrections. Then, off it goes to two independent testers, which leads to more revisions. This, all in my "spare" time.
