I'm part of a mother and daughter team (I'm the daughter), but I think I started crafting because I'm a mother myself. I found myself making different gifts with my two girls every holiday season. As partners, my Mom and I have one major problem and that is we want to make EVERYTHING! We learn quickly, so we're able to make several kinds of crafts and that's the way it has to be because we have the attention span of a couple of gnats.

My mother, Bonnie, has always been a self-made woman. She made all of mine and my sister's clothes (as ungrateful as we were) when I was little, handmade all of her Christmas gifts, had her own business for 22 years and now retired, is opening herself up to the online craft world. Smart woman, my Mom ;)

I think my mother is mostly inspired by nature, but I live in a relatively small, very artsy town (Sandpoint, ID) and the friendly faces, boutiques, and surrounding lakes and mountains are easily awe-inspiring for me, on a daily basis.

Anyway, we look forward to the ever-changing experience. Give handmade!
