Im a Texan born and bred until I ran away from home (as an adult) to San Francisco. I inherited my interest in crafts - from my mother who was always sewing or gluing something and always had holiday craft projects for us. My grandmother and aunt were always needlepointing a seat cover or making a hook rug or decoupaging box purses. They loved chunky costume jewelry. Its funny how much you turn out like your Mom no matter how far away you live!! I now live in Sonoma County, CA with my two sons and husband. Crafting is my therapy! I miss Texas and my family, but my crafting keeps my family ties close to my heart.
