Hi my name is Candy and I have lived in Austin, Texas all my life. I use to be out in the work force but I got tired of rude, unappreciative managers so I quit my job. I had no idea what I was going to do but I knew I wasnt going to be treated like crap the rest of my life. My boyfriend and I attended the Maker Faire that came to our town and I thought, wow! Now why cant I do this? Then it occured to me that I could do anything I wanted because I didnt have a job. Ha Ha I have always loved working with wood and painting and being creative so I thought why not sell it too. I immediately started replenishing my supplies when I got home and within a week or two I had my first few items posted at www.woodoodler.etsy.com. I am so happy now and I have the full support of my boyfriend. Afterall, he doesnt have to listen to me complain about how mean people are anymore. LOL I am looking forward to meeting new people and traveling around and showing my work at craft shows.
