To celebrate the Craft Yarn Council's "I Love Yarn Day", we are giving away one copy of Woodland Knits (The Taunton Press, 2013). Immerse yourself into these nature-inspired crafts and make hats, scarves, bags, and mitts for your loved ones. Author Stephanie Dosen incorporates various woodland creatures into many of her patterns so you can enjoy making a bear, deer, butterfly, fox, owl, and many more.

There are over 20 enchanting patterns to choose from with skill levels from beginner to experienced. To help visualize your final creation, full color woodland images of each project are included in every pattern. Carefully explained in great detail, you will have no problem making the following crafts from start to finish: Fawn Poncho, Deer with Little Antlers Hat, Bo Peep Scarf, Dragon Watcher's Hood, Woodland Hoodlet, Meow Mitts, and Faerie Wings.

Leave a comment on this post before the deadline-11:59 P.M., October 20, and you could take home a copy of Woodland Knits. A winner will be chosen at random and announced via email the week of October 21.
